Ifter organized by Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta in Edmonton

 

Mahmuda Alam: A free community Ifter organized by Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta at Parkdale Community Hall in Edmonton on June 17, 2017.

 

Islamic lecture by Advocate Arif Khan and a special prayer was held followed by the Ifter in this occasion. Iftar is prayed for the Muslim Ummah.


Members of the organization - members of different religious groups were participated. Former President of the organization and President of Bangladesh Press Club of Alberta, Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Unit Comnd. Canada Executive member Delwar Jahid, eminent social worker Dr. Hasan, Advocate Arif Khan, VP BHESA Faisal Bhuiyan, Muhammad Ali, Sarwar Muhammad Arif, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Shafiq, Farhana Kader, Chameli Laskar, Salahuddin Siddiqui, Mahmuda Alam, Sala, Mrs. Lutfunnesa Zahid were present.

 

Advocate Arif Khan discussed the significance of Ramadan and Masud Bhuiyan presided the meeting.
