Diversity of culture is important to us, and UNESCO's International Mother Language Day is a great opportunity to remind each one of us of our roots, and to come together in respect and unity. International Mother Language Day is noteworthy and one of the special days in this world, that has been
celebrated since the year 2000.

The planned publication "Diverse Windsor" alongside or reorganizes the mother language day magazine (motherlanguageday.ca) that was established in 2014.

Diverse Windsor is a local magazine for people living in the long prided city of Windsor, the city founded by Aboriginal, Black, English and French coming together.
Windsor is known as a center for culture, government and education, and its diverse communities includes a tremendous range of nationalities and ethnicities and are responsible for a huge number of festivals celebrated all year round including Windsor Heritage Festival.
We at Diverse Windsor are eager to be your hub of information related to news and stories about the city, its diverse communities, the attractive field of education, its rich arts & colorful entertainment, and all about lifestyle and life here in the City of Windsor.
We’re anxious to introduce interesting people, organizations and projects that make our city great, and we look for cool and unique things to do which can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Feel invited to check out the Diverse Windsor magazine, maybe subscribe and see what we have to offer. Don’t miss out on what’s around.
